1 Hanoi Arrival – Relaxation and Sightseeing (-)

Arrival in Hanoi, meet and greet by the driver (without a tour guide) and transfer directly to the hotel.

The room is generally only available from 2 PM onwards.

Meanwhile, your tour guide will accompany you on sightseeing tours and walks through the bustling shops and alleys of Hanoi's Old Quarter. Meals are at your leisure.

Overnight stay in a hotel in Hanoi.

2 Hanoi – Sightseeing (F/M)

A day filled with sightseeing and walks to Hanoi's most important landmarks:
In the morning, visit the Tran Quoc Pagoda , the Quan Thanh Temple , and the entire Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (exterior view only) with its stilt house and One Pillar Pagoda. Afterwards, visit Hoan Kiem Lake and the Ngoc Son Temple

. After lunch , stroll along the old Paul Doumer Bridge for beautiful photos of the Red River. Then, enjoy a one-hour rickshaw ride through Hanoi's Old Quarter, and at the end of the day, attend a water puppet show. Overnight in Hanoi.

3 Hanoi – Mountain bike tours and street food discoveries (F/M/A)

The entire day is reserved for mountain bike tours to the outskirts of Hanoi to visit the ancient capital of Co Loa in Long Bien Village , dedicated to King An Duong Vuong. Afterwards, continue cycling through beautiful , authentic villages , past lovely pagodas and charming typical temples of northern Vietnam. Lunch will be at a local restaurant before returning to Hanoi. In the evening, discover Hanoi with a street food tour in the Old Quarter, on foot, featuring five dishes and a drink to sample: draft beer, spring rolls (Nem Ran), green papaya salad with minced beef (Nom Bo Kho), pho, and egg coffee.

4 Hanoi – Hai Phong Cruise (F/M/A)

In the morning, departure via the motorway to Hai Phong.

Arrival at Dinh Vu Pier and embarkation on the Orchid Junk for the 24-hour cruise or the Era Cruise in Cat Ba Bay and part of Ha Long, to be confirmed at the time of booking and your travel decision.

Onboard activities as per the cruise program.

Seafood meals on board. Overnight stay on board .

5 Cat Ba – Hai Phong – Ninh Binh (B/L/D)

In the morning, we continue our cruise until midday and disembark after lunch . Afterwards, we drive through the Red River Delta to Ninh Binh (the "dry Ha Long Bay"). Dinner at a local restaurant . Overnight stay at a hotel in Ninh Binh.

6 Ninh Binh – Walks / Sightseeing – Hanoi (F/M/A)

One day is reserved for sightseeing and walks on site, namely:

- A bicycle tour through the authentic villages of Thung Nham and Bich Dong to visit the Thai Vi Temple and the Bich Dong Pagoda ;

- A sampan ride with rowing on the Thung Nham site , which is not affected by too many visitors, and at the end of the ride a visit to the Thien Ha Cave (Paradise Cave);

Lunch at a restaurant featuring local specialties , followed by a visit to Chua Bai Dinh , the largest pagoda in Southeast Asia ,before returning to Hanoi. Dinner at a local restaurant . Overnight stay at a hotel in Hanoi.

7 Hanoi – Saigon – Sightseeing (F/M)

In the morning, after breakfast , free time until the transfer to the airport by driver (without a tour guide) for the flight to Saigon.

Arrival in Saigon, where you will be met by your French-speaking tour guide and driver for sightseeing in Saigon:
Chinatown (Cho Lon) , Thien Hau Pagoda ( Heavenly Lady ), Binh Tay Wholesale Market , Western Quarter , photo stop in front of the Independence Palace, Cathedral, Central Post Office , walk along the former Catinat Street, Opera House , and City Hall . The tour concludes with a visit to a lacquerware workshop . Dinner at your leisure . Overnight stay at a hotel in Saigon.

8 Saigon – Mekong – Can Tho (B/L/D)

In the morning, departure to explore the Mekong Delta. Upon arrival, a sampan excursion to Cai Be to visit local workshops : making puffed rice candy, steamed rice cakes, etc. ...
Lunch with locals and a walk through the orchards .
In the late afternoon, we travel to Can Tho, in the heart of the Mekong . Dinner and overnight stay in Can Tho.

9 Can Tho – Saigon (F/M/A)

In the morning, we'll take a private sampan to visit Cai Rang 's most authentic floating market . Afterwards, we'll continue our walk to visit the organic garden with its exotic fruit trees and sample the fruit on site.

Lunch at a local restaurant.

In the afternoon, return to Saigon . Dinner and overnight stay in Saigon.

10 Saigon – Sightseeing in Saigon or the Cu Chi Tunnels – Departure (F)

Day of sightseeing in Saigon or departure for the Cu Chi Tunnels , depending on your wishes and your return flight.

Free time until your transfer to the airport for your return flight.
