A day of sightseeing in Hanoi, including your desired attractions such as: the War Remnants Museum , the ancient Citadel of Hoang Thanh , and the Hoa Lo Prison .

Lunch at a local restaurant .

Departure for a short walk and visit to the village of Bat Trang for pottery making, including an explanation of the production process.
Enjoy a sunset stroll on the historic Paul Doumer Bridge before returning to the hotel. Dinner at a local restaurant and overnight stay in Hanoi.

Hanoi - Surroundings - Lao Cai (F/M/A)

In the morning, departure for a visit to the ancient laterite village of Duong Lam by bicycle to discover this beautiful village.
Visit the old Mia Pagoda (if you want to buy Vietnamese nougat, this is the place to go; the little vendor is always standing in front of the pagoda entrance) and the Mong Phu Temple .

Lunch with locals .

Return to Hanoi with a visit to the silk village of Van Phu and then , if you wish, the village of Chuong for its conical hats
. Arrival in Hanoi, free time and a quick dinner at a local restaurant before direct transfer to the train station for the overnight train to Lao Cai.

Lao Cai Arrival - Sapa / Walks (F/M/A)

Arrival in Lao Cai, welcome by the French-speaking tour guide and driver on site, then breakfast in a local restaurant in front of the train station before heading to Sapa.

They drive along Muong Hum (the photographers' road), a road completely off the beaten track...

En route, walks in the authentic villages of Ta Giang Phin and Ban Khoang , where you won't see any foreign tourists, as we created this tour during our last explorations in early 2016, obtaining the necessary permits for the visits. Lunch is a picnic .

Arrival in Sapa around 4:00 PM and direct transfer to the hotel for rest. Dinner at the hotel and overnight stay in Sapa.

Sapa - Walks - Ethnic Villages (F/M/A)

A day of walking (approximately 5 hours of hiking) from the hotel to the beautiful villages of Y Linh Ho, Lao Chai, and Ta Van , through stunning landscapes, beautiful rice terraces, and charming ethnic houses. Meals and overnight stay with local families .

Sapa / Walks - Sapa (B/L/D)

The walk continues to the village of Giang Ta Chai, passing through the bamboo forest and by the village waterfall.
Lunch will be with locals before returning to Sapa town .

Am Morgen fahren wir nach Sin Ho, dem höchsten und authentischsten Bezirk der neuen Provinz Lai Chau.

Halt am Thac Bac Wasserfall für Fotos, auf dem Gipfel des höchsten Passes Vietnams O Quy Ho für den Panoramablick auf diesen wunderschönen Pass.
Halt, wenn möglich, für den Besuch eines Dorfes, dessen Spezialität die Herstellung von Reisnudeln ist.

Ankunft in Sin Ho, Besuch der authentischen Dörfer entlang der Straße: Dorf Ta Phin in der Nähe von Sin Ho. Abendessen und Übernachtung in Sin Ho.

Sin Ho Markt - Dien Bien (F/M/A)

In the morning, departure for a Mekong cruise to visit the Pak Ou Cave .

A walk through the ethnic villages along the Mekong to see the artisans (village of weaving, noodles and rice wine).

Ethnic Villages - Elephant Park (F/M/A)

In the morning we get back into the boat and the car and then drive to the elephant park for an elephant ride.

Lunch at a local restaurant and continuation of the walk before returning to Luang Prabang. Dinner at a local restaurant and overnight stay in Luang Prabang.

Luang Prabang - Kuang Si Waterfall (B/L/D)

Getting up early in the morning for the monks' alms round and then breakfast before leaving to visit the Kuang Si Waterfall (the most beautiful waterfall in northern Laos).

Visit the villages along the road and take a walk in a reserve to spot brown bears before seeing the waterfall. You can swim there.

Return to the city and then free time for your personal discoveries.
