Arrival in Hanoi – Walks / Relaxation (A)

Arrival at Hanoi airport, where you will be met by our tour guide. Transfer to the city center of the capital.

Depending on your arrival time, you will have time to discover various sights or stroll through the old quarter of Hanoi , which is known for its 36 streets of the 36 guilds.

Transfer and check-in at the hotel. Free time.

Welcome dinner and overnight stay in Hanoi.

Hanoi – City tour (F/M/A)

After breakfast, you will spend a full day immersed in the heart of Hanoi:
starting with the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and the stilt house where this figure of contemporary Vietnam lived.

Beyond lies the One Pillar Pagoda, with its unique lotus-flower design. You walk a short distance through the crowd to reach the Temple of Literature , dedicated to Confucius and his disciples. Many students come here to celebrate their graduation and have their picture taken with their classmates!

In the afternoon, you will discover the richness and diversity of Vietnam's 54 ethnic groups, which are honored in the Ethnographic Museum .

Don't miss a rickshaw ride through the old quarter and its small shopping streets... A change of scenery is guaranteed!

At the end of the day, the Jade Temple in the middle of the Lake of the Restored Sword tells you the legend of its creation in the 15th century.

A magical evening with the water puppet show , a folk art widely practiced in Vietnam.

Dinner at a local restaurant before transferring to the train station for the night train to Lao Cai .

Lao Cai – Sapa – Ma Tra – Lu Khau – Ta Phin (B/L/D) ~3-4 hours hike

In Lao Cai, you will be met by your driver, have breakfast at a local restaurant, and then travel to Sapa . From there, you will hike amidst the rice terraces of the Ma Tra and Ta Phin valleys . This extraordinary, yet accessible trek is a unique opportunity to discover the richness of Daoist culture

. Your hosts, a Daoist family , will welcome you into their home and provide you with food and lodging.

Option to take a relaxing Dao herbal bath after the meal.

Can Ho – Phin Ho – Suoi Thau (B/L/D) ~ 5 – 6 hours hike

On this second day, you'll venture onto the trails of the north, into remote regions that have retained their authenticity.
It will be a long day, but not too difficult, unless the paths have become slippery from rain.

Meals and overnight stay in the Dao village of Suoi Thau.

Kim Ngan – Ta Giang Phin (B/L/D) ~ 4 – 5 hour hike

Departure in the morning for another day of hiking amidst nature!
Beautiful mountain scenery will unfold before you along the entire route.
Arrival in the small village of Ta Giang Phin in the afternoon.

Accommodation and meals in a hostel run by the village headman.

Phin Ho – Nam Pung (F/M/A) (Guide + Driver) ~ 4 hours hike

Nach dem Frühstück begeben Sie sich wieder inmitten der Reisterrassen, Richtung die Dörfer Ha Nhi und Nam Pung.
Flussüberquerungen mit, wenn das Wetter es zulässt, der Möglichkeit zum Baden.
Ankunft im Dorf am Nachmittag.

Abendessen und Übernachtung bei einer Ha Nhi-Familie.

Pa Cheo – Muong Hum – Lao Cai – Ha Noi (F/M/A) ~ 4-5 Stunden Wanderung

Leichte Wanderung am Morgen. Durchquerung von authentischen Dörfern, die alle vor unzähligen Besuchen bewahrt wurden.
Ideal wäre es, Ihren Kalender so zu planen, dass dieser letzte Tag auf einen Sonntag fällt, denn der Wochenmarkt von Muong Hum findet jede Woche statt.
Rückfahrt nach Lao Cai mit dem Auto. Unterwegs Besichtigung von grünen Teehügeln und auch ein kleiner Abstecher, um einen Blick auf die chinesisch-vietnamesische Grenze zu werfen.

Abendessen in einem lokalen Restaurant und Übernachtung im Zug, Richtung Hanoi.

Ha Noi - Hon Gai – Bai Tu Long – Thien Canh Son - Cong Do (F/M/A)

07.45: Abfahrt zur Stadt Halong – und ihrer berühmten Bucht.
12.00 – 12.15: Ankunft am Anleger von Hon Gai (Vinashin). Kurze Pause im Restaurant Phu Dong.
12.30: Einschiffung auf die Dschunke.
12.45 – 13.30: Begrüßungsgetränk und eine Einweisung in die Tour durch den Reiseleiter der Dschunke. Sie entdecken Ihr schwimmendes Zimmer!
13.30 – 14.30: Mittagessen an Bord der Dschunke, während Sie die wunderschöne Natur dieser magischen Bucht genießen.
15.00: Ankunft an der versteckten Höhle von Thien Canh Son in der Bucht von Bai Tu Long. Entspannung am Strand.
16.00: Rückkehr zur Dschunke. Sie genießen eine Tasse Tee, bevor Sie sich zwischen Schwimmen oder Kajakfahren entscheiden.
18.00 – 19.00: Ein kleiner Kochkurs – der Koch der Dschunke zeigt Ihnen, wie man „Frühlingsrollen“ zubereitet und Obst und Blumen zum Dekorieren der Gerichte schneidet. Die Bucht bei Sonnenuntergang ist einfach prächtig.
19.30: Das Barbecue-Dinner wird an Bord der Dschunke serviert.
21:00: Nehmen Sie sich Zeit zum Entspannen: Film, Spiele, Nachtfischen in der Bucht von Bai Tu Long.

Übernachtung an Bord der 3*-Dschunke (privates Deluxe-Zimmer)

Fortsetzung des Ausflugs – Cong Do – Fischerdorf Vung Vieng – Hanoi (F/M)

6:30 a.m.: Tai Chi class upon waking, on the upper deck of the junk.
7:00 a.m.: Breakfast in the restaurant while admiring the sunrise over the bay.
7:45 a.m.: Exploring the floating village of Vung Vieng by bamboo sampan .
9:00 a.m.: Return to the junk.
9:30 a.m.: Time to vacate your cabin .
10:00–11:00 a.m.: Lunch is served on board the junk as it returns to the pier.
11:30 a.m.: Arrival at the pier. Say goodbye to the junk crew. Disembarkation.
12:30 p.m.: Departure for Hanoi. Arrival in Hanoi in the late afternoon.

Direct transfer to the airport for your return flight.
