JOB DESCRIPTION
- Consult and build suitable tour programs for customers, helping them have a perfect trip.
- Calculate tour prices, send quotes, and detailed programs to customers via email or other communication channels such as WhatsApp.
- Collaborate with the Operations department to book services, ensuring the tour runs smoothly.
Customer care after the tour.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Good French – ability to communicate with international customers.
- Experience in the tourism industry (experience in tour sales is preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word; knowledge of AI is a plus.
- Basic English is a plus.
- Good communication skills, always ready to provide dedicated and thoughtful customer care.
- Teamwork spirit and ability to work independently effectively.
