Hanoi arrival / free time for your first personal discoveries (-)
Arrival, after formalities,
Welcome by the driver (without guide) who will pick you up for direct transfer to the hotel.
Rooms are only available around noon.
Wander through the old quarter of Hanoi to admire the lively atmosphere of the district with 36 impressive guilds.
Meals at leisure and overnight in Hanoi.

Hanoi – Duong Lam ancient village / visits and discovery - Moc Chau / walks and visits (B,L,D)
Breakfast
Meet at 08:00 for departure by car to Moc Chau, a very charming district with beautiful landscapes and pretty tea hills, and beautiful ethnic villages in Son La province.
Stop for a visit and discovery of an ancient laterite village, Duong Lam, whose architecture dates back to the 17th century.
En route to Hoa Binh and Thung Khe Pass for its magnificent view of the Mai Chau valley.
A walk in the Mai Chau valley and then we take the road to Moc Chau, a plateau with a pleasant temperature. Dinner and overnight at a homestay - H'mong ethnic group.

Moc Chau - Black Reservoir / by shared ferry - Nghia Lo (B,L,D)
Breakfast
Meet at 08:00 for Nghia Lo, crossing beautiful mountainous landscapes and the upstream of the reservoir.
Photo stop and visit of ethnic villages along the road. Authentic landscapes
Lunch at Bui Bui restaurant en route.
Arrival in Nghia Lo, discovery of the village of Muong Lo to experience local authenticity.
Dinner and overnight at a homestay.

Nghia Lo - Khau Pha Pass / Tu Le valley, photos and walks – Mu Cang Chai / walks (B,L,D)
Breakfast
Meet at 08:00 for Mu Cang Chai via the district of Tu Le and then crossing the Khau Pha Pass at 1700m altitude.
Photo stop at the summit for panoramic views of the Tu Le valley.
The road continues to La Pan Tan where we have lunch at the local Bui Bui restaurant and then walk in the most beautiful areas of Mu Cang Chai, listed as National Heritage.
Dinner and overnight at a homestay.

Mu Cang Chai / walks in the terraced rice fields by scooter (B,L,D)
Breakfast
Meet at 08:00 for a day of local walks by scooter to admire the terraced rice fields: rice fields of La Pan Tan and rice fields of Che Cu Nha, visit the H'mong villages and take photos of rice fields.
Meals at a homestay.
Visit the H'mong village of Mo De on foot and by scooter, H'mong village of Kim Noi then return to Mu Cang Chai after sunset over the rice fields.
Dinner and overnight at the same homestay.

Mu Cang Chai - Than Uyen / walks - Sapa / visits - Bac Ha / walks (B,L,D)
Breakfast
Meet at 08:00 and we take the road to Sapa via the district of Than Uyen where we will take a walk in an ethnic village before climbing Tram Ton Pass (O Quy Ho) for a panoramic view of the mountain.
Stop for a photo visit at Thac Bac waterfall "Silver waterfall".
Late lunch in Sapa.
Arrival in Sapa, a quick discovery of the town with the local market and then directly head towards Bac Ha.
Arrival in Bac Ha, direct transfer to Ngai Phong Tho village for an overnight homestay.
Dinner and overnight at a homestay.

Ngai Phong Tro / Bac Ha ethnic market - Ta Van Chu / walks (B,L,D)
Breakfast
you follow the ethnic groups to visit the Bac Ha ethnic market, a large fair held once a week for all ethnic groups living in the surrounding area.
This market is a great opportunity for meetings and trade for ethnic groups as well as for the Vietnamese.
Lunch at a local restaurant and then we start the trek (distance: ~ 10 km / 660 m elevation gain / Duration: 3h30-4 h. Ta Van Chu is at 1500m altitude: bring a fleece for those who get cold)
Dinner and overnight in a guesthouse run by a local family.

Ta Van Chu / hike to Na Lo and then Bac Ha (B,L,D)
After breakfast,
We start our trek passing through beautiful landscapes and ethnic villages on the way back to Bac Ha (distance: 16 km / Duration: 6 h / 700m elevation gain)
It will be possible to take a scooter en route for some people who are too tired to continue on foot until the end. The guide will call the scooter team to pick them up.
Picnic lunch en route or at a restaurant depending on the day's walk.

Bac Ha / Coc Ly ethnic market - Hanoi (B,L)
After breakfast,
Meet at 07:00 for departure to visit the Coc Ly ethnic market which takes place once a week, every Tuesday morning.
Enjoy a boat trip along the Chay river if there is enough water.
Visit and discovery of the village of Trung Do.
Lunch at a local restaurant and we take the highway back to Hanoi, a 04h30 journey.
Arrival in Hanoi, direct transfer to the hotel.
Dinner at leisure and overnight in Hanoi.
