Of Vietnamese origin, I have been living in France since 1976, where I arrived at the age of 13.
Today, I am married, a father of three children… and above all, a happy grandfather of four grandchildren.
I live in Charente-Maritime, but a part of my heart has always remained in Vietnam…
My return to the country in 2012 was a deeply moving moment… almost a rediscovery of my roots.
Since then, I return regularly (2014, 2015, 2017, 2019, 2023, …) always with the same pleasure… and the same emotion.
Over the years, I have traveled Vietnam from North to South, passing through the Center and the Central Highlands…, to Cambodia and Laos, ....and I have had the chance to organize several trips for relatives and friends.

La Plaine des Jarres es una región del norte de Laos situada en la provincia de Xieng Khouang, notable por la presencia de campos de imponentes jarrones de piedra antiguos, cuyo significado y origen aún no han sido completamente dilucidados. Se extiende sobre una superficie de aproximadamente 1 000 KM2
Según la leyenda, las Dos Damas Trưng vestían el áo dài de dos paneles de oro, con el parasol de oro, a lomos de elefante en las batallas. Después, para honrarlas, las mujeres vietnamitas evitan usar vestidos de cuatro paneles en lugar de dos.

Luang Prabang es una ciudad en el norte de Laos, actual capital de la provincia de Luang Prabang. Luang Prabang fue formalmente la capital real de Lan Xang (reino del millón de elefantes) desde el siglo XIV hasta 1946. La capital efectiva fue Vientiane a partir de 1563, luego, después de la separación del reino de Luang Prabang y del reino de Vientiane en 1707, el título de capital de Lan Xang fue disputado entre las dos ciudades.
