Today, I am married, a father of three children… and above all, a happy grandfather of four grandchildren.
I live in Charente-Maritime, but a part of my heart has always remained in Vietnam…
My return to the country in 2012 was a deeply moving moment… almost a rediscovery of my roots.
Since then, I return regularly (2014, 2015, 2017, 2019, 2023, …) always with the same pleasure… and the same emotion.
Over the years, I have traveled Vietnam from North to South, passing through the Center and the Central Highlands…, to Cambodia and Laos, ....and I have had the chance to organize several trips for relatives and friends.

Noix du cajou et son origine
La noix de cajou, également connue sous le nom d'Anacardium occidentale, est originaire du nord-est du Brésil. L'arbre pousse à l'état sauvage sur les plages et certains terrains sauvages. À partir du XVIe siècle, les anacardiers ont été amenés par les Portugais pour faire pousser en Inde, en Malaisie et dans certains pays d'Afrique de l'Est.
Cashew nut and its origin
The cashew nut, also known as Anacardium occidentale, is native to northeastern Brazil. The tree grows wild on beaches and some wild terrains. From the 16th century, cashew trees were brought by the Portuguese to grow in India, Malaysia, and some East African countries.
Cashewnüsse und ihr Ursprung
Die Cashewnuss, auch bekannt als Anacardium occidentale, stammt aus dem Nordosten Brasiliens. Der Baum wächst wild an Stränden und auf einigen Wildflächen. Ab dem 16. Jahrhundert wurden die Cashewbäume von den Portugiesen nach Indien, Malaysia und in einige ostafrikanische Länder gebracht, um dort angebaut zu werden.
