Of Vietnamese origin, I have been living in France since 1976, where I arrived at the age of 13.
Today, I am married, a father of three children… and above all, a happy grandfather of four grandchildren.
I live in Charente-Maritime, but a part of my heart has always remained in Vietnam…
My return to the country in 2012 was a deeply moving moment… almost a rediscovery of my roots.
Since then, I return regularly (2014, 2015, 2017, 2019, 2023, …) always with the same pleasure… and the same emotion.
Over the years, I have traveled Vietnam from North to South, passing through the Center and the Central Highlands…, to Cambodia and Laos, ....and I have had the chance to organize several trips for relatives and friends.

Il côm, uno snack apprezzato dagli Hanoïens ad ogni arrivo dell'autunno, è costituito da giovani chicchi di riso glutinoso. Venduto in ogni angolo della capitale, può essere consumato direttamente o trasformato in vari piatti popolari.
Le côm, un tentempié apreciado por los hanoienses cada otoño, se elabora con granos jóvenes de arroz glutinoso. Vendido en cada esquina de la capital, puede consumirse directamente o transformarse en varios platos populares.
