Today, I am married, a father of three children… and above all, a happy grandfather of four grandchildren.
I live in Charente-Maritime, but a part of my heart has always remained in Vietnam…
My return to the country in 2012 was a deeply moving moment… almost a rediscovery of my roots.
Since then, I return regularly (2014, 2015, 2017, 2019, 2023, …) always with the same pleasure… and the same emotion.
Over the years, I have traveled Vietnam from North to South, passing through the Center and the Central Highlands…, to Cambodia and Laos, ....and I have had the chance to organize several trips for relatives and friends.

Vang Vieng est une petite ville du Laos située dans la province de Vientiane, entre Luang Prabang et Vientiane, sur les bords de la Nam Song (affluent de la Nam Lik, elle-même sous-affluent du Mékong). Elle compte environ 25 000 habitants. Elle est considérée comme la capitale de la beauté naturelle du Laos.
La Plaine des Jarres est une région du nord du Laos située dans la province de Xieng Khouang, remarquable par la présence de champs d'imposantes jarres de pierre antiques, dont la signification et l'origine ne sont pas encore totalement élucidées. Elle s'étend sur une superficie d'environ 1 000 KM2
Luang Prabang est une ville du nord du Laos, actuelle capitale de la province de Luang Prabang. Luang Prabang fut formellement la capitale royale du Lan Xang (royaume du million d'éléphants) du XIVe siècle à 1946. La capitale effective fut Vientiane à partir de 1563, puis, après la séparation du royaume de Luang Prabang et du royaume de Vientiane en 1707, le titre de capitale du Lan Xang fut disputé entre les deux villes.
Phnom Penh (Khmer: Krong Phnom Penh) est la capitale du Cambodge, située dans la moitié sud du pays, au confluent du Tonlé Sap et du Mékong. Un million cinq cent mille Phnompenhois vivent sur les 290 km² du territoire de la municipalité de Phnom Penh.
