Luang Prabang arrival (D)
Upon arrival, you will be welcomed and transferred to the hotel.
Luang Prabang has been declared by UNESCO as "the best-preserved city in Southeast Asia".
The rest of the day is free. Dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight in Luang Prabang.

Luang Prabang – City Tour – Pak Ou Caves (B/L)
After breakfast, we will enjoy a short guided city tour.
We will visit the Royal Palace Museum which offers a collection of interesting artifacts.
We will see the magnificent Wat Xiengthong with its roofs sweeping low to the ground, representing classic Laotian architecture.
Then we will take an upstream cruise on the Mekong River, which gives us a panoramic view of the tranquil countryside.
Our first stop is the village of Ban Muangkeo where we will begin a short journey to reach the mysterious Pak Ou Cave, two communicating caves where thousands of gold-lacquered Buddha statues of different shapes and sizes, left by pilgrims, are piled up.
En route, we will stop at the village of Ban Xanghai, where local rice wine is produced.
On the way, we will also visit Ban Xangkhong, Ban Xienglek and Ban Nong Xai, small villages well known for silk weaving and Saa (jute) paper making. We will return to Luang Prabang city and visit a traditional goldsmith workshop.
Lunch at a local restaurant and free dinner and Overnight in Luang Prabang.

Luang Prabang – Hmong Experience and Kouang Si Waterfall (B/L)
After breakfast, we will visit the local Phousi market, the place all locals frequent, and you will discover various goods.
We will stop at Ock Pop Tok, a silk weaving center. Here, your guide will give you a tour and explain the weaving process.
Then, we will go to Ban Thinkeo, a Hmong village, and hike with the villagers. The guide will explain the use of plants by the Hmong people. You will go to the garden to cut vegetables and herbs with the villagers. When you arrive at the village, learn to cook some local dishes in a traditional house: lunch will be your collective efforts!
Then, the villagers will show you a Hmong Khène performance and local games. In the afternoon, we will head to Kouang Si and relax by this magnificent multi-tiered waterfall. Then, we will return to Luang Prabang at the end of the day.

Luang Prabang – Xiengkhouang (B/L)
Today, after breakfast, we will take a long but beautiful journey around Xiengkhouang.
You can take photos and visit the mountain tribal villages.
Upon arrival, we will visit Site 1 of the Plain of Jars, an impressive archaeological site where hundreds of stone jars are scattered across the plateau.
Lunch at a local restaurant. Free dinner and Overnight in Xiengkhouang.

Xiengkhouang – Vientiane (B/L)
This morning, after breakfast, we have time to visit the interesting Phonsavan central market, visit the MAG exhibition and Site 2 of the Plain of Jars before embarking on a short trek to the picturesque Site 3 via a dam and the village of Lao Leum.
We then transfer to the airport for the short flight to Vientiane.
Upon arrival, you will be welcomed and transferred to the hotel.
Lunch at a local restaurant. Free dinner and Overnight in Vientiane.

Vientiane - City Tour (B/L)
This morning, after breakfast, we explore the capital of Vientiane to visit the main tourist sites of the capital. We will visit the oldest Vat Sisaket with thousands of miniature Buddha statues and the ancient royal temple of Wat Prakeo, which housed the famous Emerald Buddha image.
En route to the precious national heritage of Laos: the famous sacred structure of That Luang, you will have the opportunity to take some photos of the Patuxai Monument, also known as the Arc de Triomphe of Vientiane.
The last visit of the day will be the COPE exhibition center, which summarizes the aspect of Laos and the major problems the population faced daily during the bombing of the countryside during the Vietnam War.
The rest of the day is free. Lunch at a local restaurant. Free dinner and Overnight in Vientiane.

Vientiane – Pakse – Khone Island (B/L/D)
After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport early this morning for the flight to Pakse.
At the airport, you will be welcomed and transferred directly to a traditional private boat for a 2-hour cruise to Champassak.
Disembark at this ancient city, of the Champa kingdom, continue by car to Wat Phou, another heritage site of Laos, which was recognized by UNESCO in 2002. Wat Phou is the site of ruins that was once part of a temple built sometime before Angkor Wat in Siem Reap. It contains some of the oldest Khmer architecture dating between the 7th and 11th centuries.
In the afternoon you will head to Don Khone, an area of 4000 islands which represents the widest point of the Mekong during the rainy season, although during the dry months the river recedes, leaving thousands of islands and islets.
This river area is also famous for being home to the endangered Irrawaddy (freshwater dolphins).
En route, we stop to visit the ruins of the Khmer temple of Oup Mong in Ban Houei Tomo. Arrival at Khone Island by ferry in the early evening.
Lunch and dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight on Khone Island.

Khone Island - Tadlo (B/L/D)
After breakfast, visit the remains of the French colonial period, the Liphi waterfalls (Somphanith) and the village of Ban Khone.
Then, we will take the boat to Ban Nakasang then we take the road that leads to the famous Khone Phapeng waterfall - the largest waterfall in Southeast Asia, also known as the "Niagara of the East".
Then, we drive back up the road towards the Bolovens Plateau.
Arrival in Tadlo, transfer to the hotel. Lunch and dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight in Tadlo.

Tad Lo - Pakse (B/L/D)
Leaving Khong Island, after breakfast, we will travel to Tadlo, via the Bolovens Plateau.
The Bolavens Plateau is known for its cool temperature. It is located above the valley and has lush forests along a series of spectacular waterfalls.
A trip to the plateau offers a refreshing break and allows you to observe the cultivation of coffee, tea, cardamom, bananas and other crops that can be seen along the way. This trip offers visitors the chance to venture off the beaten path and discover some lesser-known regions of Laos and discover the wild beauty of the south. Upon arrival at the Tad Lo waterfall, we will visit the villages of Alak, ESN, and Katu, populated by ethnic minorities.
We will travel to Pakse in the late evening. Lunch and dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight in Pakse.
